LEVEL ACTIVE Expands Factory to Boost Production Capacity and Meet Global Demand
To meet growing global demand, LEVEL ACTIVE launched a factory expansion project in 2025, adding 3,500 square meters of intelligent production space, expecting a 40% increase in annual output.

With the rapid growth of orders from Europe, Australia, and North America, LEVEL ACTIVE officially launched its factory expansion project in the first quarter of 2025. The new plant, located in the current industrial park, covers 3,500 square meters and is equipped with intelligent cutting systems, high-speed sewing machines, and automated packaging lines. Production is expected to begin in Q4 2025.
Once operational, the factory will boost LEVEL ACTIVE’s overall production capacity by 40% and create over 100 new jobs to handle increasing OEM and ODM orders from overseas clients.
“Our global clients demand high quality and fast delivery. That’s why we are investing early in intelligent and large-scale production capabilities,” said Mr. Zhang, Production Director of LEVEL ACTIVE.
In addition to hardware upgrades, LEVEL ACTIVE is also enhancing its quality control team and R&D investment, ensuring that efficiency improvements do not come at the cost of craftsmanship.
This expansion reflects LEVEL ACTIVE’s confidence in long-term international growth and marks its transformation into a modern, technology-driven manufacturing enterprise.
